CPA (Canada and USA) and Chartered Accountant (India) having more than 12 years of professional experiences in auditing & accounting. I am currently with HRP LLP with experience in audits, reviews, compliations and personal taxes. Previously I was with BLR LLP as Audit Manager. I worked as Audit Senior with Hilborn LLP in Toronto. I worked as Senior Accountant with BDO Canada LLP in Assurance department. Prior to that I was with Deloitte Haskins & Sells and gained experience in statutory audits, Limited reviews & tax audits for public listed and privately owned clients. I have worked on IFRS, US GAAP, ASPE, ASNPO assignments and internal controls review assignments. Prior to working with Deloitte I worked with GENPACT into statutory reporting profile. At BDO, Hilborn and BLR primary responsibilities were/are: i) Performing audit as per Canadian Auditing Standards. ii) Handling assignments on ASPE, ASNPO & IFRS. Performing review of financial statements as per Canadian standard on Review Engagements (CSRE) 2400 iv) Independently handled audit of regulatory agency which administers and enforces securities legislation in Ontario. At Deloitte, I have handled sizable engagements that include: i) Statutory Audit of Private life insurer with assets under management of 8.5 billion USD. ii) US GAAP audit with PCAOB standards of one of largest BPO company listed on NYSE. IFRS Audit of one of largest FMCG company in the world. At Genpact- i) Worked on Form 10K & 10Q for statutory reporting with SEC. ii) Prepared statutory financials from US GAAP to Indian GAAP using GAAP adjustments. Automated the Statutory & tax filings tracker to win award for process improvement. Outside of the office, I am likely playing outdoor sports or traveling.
