I hold a Diploma in Human Resources Management, where I developed a strong foundation in core HR principles and practices. As part of my qualification, I completed an 18-month in-service training programmed as an HR Intern. During this time, I gained hands-on experience across key HR functions, including recruitment support, candidate screening, onboarding processes, and the accurate maintenance of employee records.I am currently completing a 3-month contract as a Talent Support Administrator, where I provide administrative and operational support to the talent and recruitment function. In this role, I assist with interview coordination, candidate communication, job posting administration, and maintaining recruitment trackers and HR systems. I am also involved in IT recruitment activities, including sourcing and headhunting candidates on LinkedIn for technical roles. This experience has further strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to support fast-paced talent operations while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
