I am skilled in facilitating the development, implementation and interpretation of HR policies and procedures, managing complex ER cases while upskilling new and experienced people managers. Leading and managing workplace injury investigations, as well as complex ER cases. Played an integral part in the opening of a brand-new BC SPCA branch, which included conducting all recruitment, training and position allocations for all volunteer roles, as well as planning and executing multiple community outreach and media events (SPCA), etc. Managed business operations for small, large and national corporations, union, non-union and non-profits as well as organisations with multiple locations across various provinces/states. Vast international expertise - Canada, the UK, South Africa and Australia. Successfully completed the CIPD HR Business Partner Programme in July 2023.
