I am a target-driven sales and account manager, having sold print and digital books and content, from Mills & Boon to Tax Guides to LEGO Books. I have managed a range of client accounts from big tech companies to international publishers and national retailers. Commercially focused and analytically minded, I use insight and data from the market to influence strategic business decisions.Stakeholder relationship management across the business, and with customers and suppliers, is a central tenet of my roles. I am personable, professional and transparent yet protective of discount and margin. I work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to maximise sales opportunities.
