As a Case Manager at Crump Life Insurance Services, I have been working with life insurance agents, carriers, and internal resources for over three years. My role involves maintaining primary ownership of cases during the underwriting process, ensuring timely and accurate communication, and providing world-class customer service. I also review and analyze new insurance applications, order and review underwriting requirements, and manage the submission process. In addition to my current role, I have experience in management and customer service from my time at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I was responsible for reviewing and analyzing reports, financial statements, and billing, implementing direct communication processes with clients, and developing overall branch business and operational strategy. I also have a certification as a Notary Public, which I obtained in June 2020. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction in all aspects of my work.
