The product of humble beginnings from a small, third world country, I am no stranger to hard work. In fact, I thrive in challenging environments. I am a passionate individual who is not afraid of a challenge and am always open to learning new things. I am career driven and goal-oriented, and my passion for success allows me to excel in any capacity I am placed in. I work well individually or in a team setting. My track record also attests to the fact that I strive for continued excellence and have never been satisfied with mediocrity. I believe in investing heavily in oneself, and this has led me to pursue a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology, with a minor in Secondary Education. I graduated summa cum laude with my MBA in 2020. I also completed a postgraduate certificate program in Human Resource Management in 2022. My extensive experience in customer service, and most recently, client success management, has equipped me with the necessary tools needed to thrive in these fields.
