About Tashi Stricker

I'm a multi-disciplinary designer, strategist, and writer specializing in brand storytelling and art direction. I help brands define their categories and articulate their best stories. I'm also an illustrator specializing in product and surface pattern design. I'm an Australian mother working and raising a family of badass creatives in Los Angeles, after 15 years designing brands and fashion in New York City. Growing up in a family of environmental scientists, combined with many years of working in apparel, sneaker, and packaging design, has made me a sustainability champion obsessed with materials. My favorite brands to work with are change-makers; I'm at my best helping good businesses grow. Previously the Founder and Creative Director of The General, a multi-store boutique retail concept in New York City that I helped create for Vans.
