Implementation Specialist with extensive experience onboarding SaaS products for small to mid sized clients. I bridge the gap between technology and business, allowing business owners to excel in what they do best. I'm currently a Launch Engineer at Shopify, where I work closely with Shopify Plus merchants to enable them with tools to excel. From my time at BCIT earning a diploma in Business Information Technology Management and working in customer support and implementation at Lasso CRM, I've developed sound skills in project management, data analytics, database management, and web development. My triumph so far has been watching business owners become self sufficient after onboarding and harnessing the power of technology to create data-driven results. When I'm away from work, you can find me at gym in the squat rack, watching re-runs of Friends, listening to true crime podcasts, and hanging out with my tail-less cat Bambi.
