I’m a marketer, growth strategist, and entrepreneur passionate about helping service-based and trade businesses grow smarter through automation, systems, and authentic relationships. After more than 13 years in door-to-door and direct consumer sales, I’ve learned that success comes down to two things: relationships and systems. Without relationships, you can’t build trust. Without systems, you can’t scale. I’ve built my career on combining both — helping small business owners simplify growth, build credibility, and reclaim their time. Today, I serve as Director of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships at Bingham Restoration, where I lead marketing initiatives and partnership development across Utah. I help build referral programs with local plumbers and service professionals, expand brand visibility, and implement automated systems that keep communication strong and consistent. My focus is creating win-win partnerships that help local trades generate high-quality leads while helping homeowners receive fast, reliable restoration services when they need them most. In addition, I’m the Founder & Head of Growth at MTN Peak Solutions, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) and AI automation agency helping contractors and service businesses streamline operations, increase lead flow, and boost revenue through smart automation. We replace chaos with clarity by integrating CRM, lead generation, reputation management, and AI-driven communication into one easy-to-use platform. My mission with MTN Peak Solutions is simple — help blue-collar entrepreneurs grow without losing their sanity. Automation shouldn’t replace people; it should empower them. By combining authentic relationship-building with AI and automation, I help business owners grow faster, work smarter, and focus more on what matters most — their family, faith, and purpose. When I’m not helping businesses grow, I’m a husband, father of three (soon to be four), and believer in Jesus Christ.
