Founder & Executive Chairman of Tatsand Mining Services, delivering high-quality solutions for the mining, construction, transport, agriculture, and energy sectors. We specialize in heavy and fixed plant services including professional painting, sandblasting, panel beating, cab refurbishment, corrosion protection, and custom vehicle modifications. Our offerings also include safe staff transport and labor hire, from skilled auto technicians to entry-level personnel. Committed to innovation, reliability, and exceptional client support. In addition to my role at Tatsand, I serve as the Director & Group CEO of Lucient Engineering and Construction, a premier engineering solutions provider in Africa. With over 20 years of executive leadership in engineering and mining, I have a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality projects, exceeding client expectations, and driving sustainable growth. I am also the Managing Director of Machinery Contractors Botswana and Zimbabwe, a key subsidiary of The Lucient Group, specializing in the design and manufacturing of heavy earthmoving equipment attachments and services. I oversee multi-plant operations, production administration, and business development, ensuring we meet the needs of clients across Botswana, Zimbabwe, and the broader region. Beyond my professional roles, I hold a Postgraduate qualification in Strategic Management and Leadership (equivalent to a Master’s Degree) from UK OTHM Level 7, and I have successfully completed the Stanford Seed Transformation Program through Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. These academic and leadership experiences have strengthened my ability to drive strategic growth, foster innovation, and create lasting impact in the industries I serve. In recognition of my leadership, I have received numerous awards, including the 2025 African Leadership Commendation Award at the House of Lords, Parliament of UK, along with several other prestigious honors across Africa and beyond.
