I am a Project and Programme Manager with over 15 years of experience, holding qualifications in PRINCE2, APMP, and MSP. I have a proven track record in leading complex projects and programmes from initiation to completion. With my background in both engineering and business management, I can bring a balanced perspective that combines technical insight with strategic leadership. At Deerns, I lead international multi-disciplinary projects in the Data Centre sector, with a focus on planning and execution of technically challenging initiatives with MEP and sustainability bias across the UK, Europe, and globally. As part of my daily role, I collaborate with diverse, multicultural, and cross-specialist teams from across all Deerns international offices and partners. Actively engaged in business development, I speak at the business events, write articles for the company website and other media portals and support bids for new projects, reinforcing my commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in the field. My experience to date includes client representation, leading delivery of the large scale, high value and complex projects, leading a PMO, managing governance and project controls in various sectors including Data Centres, Critical Infrustructure, Residential, Commercial, Banking and Public sector.
