With over 25 years of experience across strategy, technology, and marketing, I have consistently led business transformation and topline growth in both global enterprises and high-growth companies. My career began with launching Japan’s physical security market using facial recognition and image analysis technologies at LAC. At Trend Micro, I led end-to-end product strategy for B2B and B2C segments, achieving triple-digit growth in mobile and SaaS products and scaling user adoption to over 4 million. At AWS, I directed nationwide enterprise marketing initiatives that raised brand awareness from 10% to 30% and increased the sales pipeline by 60%+, firmly positioning AWS in Japan’s enterprise market. At IBM, I built hybrid cloud sales engines through strategic AWS alliance development, accelerating customer engagement and revenue opportunities. Currently, as CEO of Skyarch Networks and Skyarch Technologies, I lead a 24x7 AWS managed service business, delivering 30%+ revenue and 40%+ profit growth in the first year by shifting from a product-led model to a customer-driven, marketing-led organization.
