About Tatumn Walter

Hello! I'm your go-to for unconventional roles and projects that needs something less. cookie cutter.(Though, I also excel at those! I just have more to offer too.) Someone comfortable navigating unknowns, experienced working between very different functional areas, talented at finding opportunities and mitigating risks. I am most in my element when I'm piecing together ways to grow, streamline, and operationalize an initiative. I also love building positive, motivated team culture, and get great joy out of collaboration or mentoring teams to success. Equal parts communication and analysis, tactical and strategic, I bring great energy and dynamism to a team, and fill liminal spaces with the extra 'oomph' needed to make it to success. If you have a weird spot and just need something extra to make it work, lets talk. Happy to do so in English, Chinese or Spanish - I speak all at conversational or higher.Feel free to reach out - I always love exploring new opportunities! Especially the cool ones where I can make a difference on my community;)
