For the last three years at PNC Bank as a loan processor, I have cultivated my skills in risk assessment and financial analysis while always ensuring regulatory compliance. I have been responsible for bringing consumer Home Equity loan applications to a close by communicating with customers and analyzing documentation such as tax returns, insurance policies, and property reports. I execute strategies to reduce processing times and increase consumer satisfaction through educating and advocating for clients. Through PNC Bank, I have enhanced my data analysis, communication, and informed decision making skills. Prior to PNC Bank, I was a manager at Supercuts where I developed strong leadership and interpersonal skills and implemented procedures that improved sales and reduced costs. I worked with clients, team members, and external companies at all levels and presented complex information in a clear and concise manner. It was my duty to ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport, maintain an inviting environment, manage inventory and sales, and take care of my employees. During my years at Supercuts, I was known for my charisma, compassion, and always being on my feet rearing to go! These experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of business processes and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
