Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 13 years of experience in shipbuilding and ship repair · Currently designated as Ship Engineer and Controlling Repairs job in Dubai Maritime City For Inter Ocean Ship Repair Llc Planning & Scheduling of ship repair projects according to ship repair plan & scope Receiving the scope from Commercial sections, review and allocation of sections for jobs Coordinating with clients for identifying jobs and taking additional jobs after vessel arrival. Coordinate with different sections to execute the jobs (Estimation, Procurement, Hull, Machinery, Electrical, Piping, and Painting & QA/QC) as per the client requirements. Monitoring and controlling of projects to complete in time and reporting to management about the progress of projects. Preparing work completion report and getting acceptance of clients. Preparing analysis report after every project Currently designated as project engineer Handling pipe work and steel work dismantling, erection, testing of (Carbon steel, Copper, Copper-Nickel, Alloy steel & stainless steel of all grades) and support checks as per document. · Involved in Fabrication, Installation & testing of Pipes up to 450NB and also Small Bore Pipes with Nut & Ferrule assembly. · Handling Pipe fabrication steel renewal and bwts · Inspection of Job Involving Marking & Welding Inspection of Various Deck and Bulk head Fitting & Testing involving Air Pressure Testing & Water Pressure testing of Pipes up to 12.5 Bar. · Installation of various Valves, Bellow & Fittings ranging from 10NB to 450NB both Indian and Russian. · Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects. · Piping, Supports type and location, Piping Stress Analysis verification, Steel Structure Analysis verification, Site Technical Query/Concession Request and Project Change Notice regarding existing and/or new piping installation. · Co-Ordination with Other Mechanical Depts. like Ship-building Quality Control(MDL), Warship Overseeing Team(Indian Navy) · Perform inspections of all pipe work in progress on a continual basis and complete final checkout of piping installations to ensure quality and conformance to specifications and codes prior to turnover to client for Startup. · Preparing Schedules and Programs as per scope of work · Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly planning and progress reports. ·
