I am an experienced clinical dietitian, behavior change coach, nutrition science writer, and CPG consultant. In addition to counseling clients 1:1, I use evidence-based nutrition and behavior change principles to build customized nutrition programs for groups and individuals. These individualized programs produce meaningful health outcomes (reduced disease risk, improved symptoms) and an increased sense of wellbeing. My ideal clients are those ready to ditch yo-yo dieting and nutrition fads and misinformation to find peace with food, health, and their body. I also utilize my ability to translate nutrition, medical research, and science into content for the consumer to support CPG brands and wellness/healthcare organizations.
