ABOUT I am a HR Management and Organizational Development Senior Leader with 20 years’ experience with both tactical and strategic experience with a collaborative attitude and drive to work together to achieve the goals of the business. I have expertise in developing HR and Total Reward strategies and Organizational policies, procedures, and career development strategies. A large part of my career, I have also been involved in multiple system implementations and the development of analytical programs. To ensure the data was accurate and up to date, I have been a partner in the Data Governance development as well as maintain data programs and compliance, such as GDPR. I have also developed, implemented and maintained Compensation Plans for all levels of the organization, including Executive Management. I have the proven ability to master varied technologies, analytical skills and to oversee change management.
