I’m a healthcare innovation and communications leader with a background in dental & clinical care, research collaboration, and strategic project management. My work bridges the gaps between healthcare delivery, patient engagement, and emerging technologies. Over the past two decades, I’ve executed and led diverse initiatives across healthcare startups, international research programs, government collaborations, and academic institutions. From driving public engagement campaigns and securing research funding to implementing health IT systems and developing leadership programs, my focus has remained consistent: creating meaningful impact through strategic action. In addition to my leadership roles, I design and deliver coaching and training programs to support healthcare professionals, early-career researchers, and teams navigating complexity, growth, or transition.
