Events | Model | Aspiring Project & Operations ManagerWith a background in dance, modelling, and retail, I bring a unique mix of creativity, discipline, and leadership to everything I do. I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Business, and my professional interests are shifting toward project and operations management — particularly within the retail sector.My passion for leadership and team coordination developed while working on new store openings, where I was trusted to lead teams and support successful launches. These hands-on experiences opened my eyes to the operational and strategic side of business — areas I’ve grown increasingly excited to pursue long-term.Over the past few years, I’ve worked across industries: retail (Adidas) and (Mecca), hospitality (Mister Margherita), Event Management and the performing arts (Dance Teaching and Music Theatre). These roles have enabled me to develop strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills across various teams and customer groups. I currently work full-time while studying part-time at university and pursuing my passion for dance teaching — the balance that’s helped me stay highly organised, focused, and committed to my goals ahead.My goal is to transition into a management role within a company whose values align with my own, and eventually assume a position that oversees new store openings, operations, or team development.I’m always open to connecting with people in retail operations, project management, or any role focused on building strong teams and great customer experiences.
