About Tayla Ross
I obtained my BSc Med Hons in Biokinetics from UCT in 2019 with First Class as was awarded the BASA Student of the Year Award. Whilst studying, I volunteered at the Walking with Brandon Foundation and Therapy and Beyond Centre for the year where I helped out with administration and clients. I completed my Biokinetics internship in 2020 at the Therapy and Beyond Centre. I am now extremely privileged to run my own practice in association with the Walking with Brandon Foundation. I am passionate, driven and hard-working. I love the field and career I have chosen and will always go the extra mile for my clients. I have a particular love for neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation but am always willing to learn more and practice in different fields. I have a passion for education and knowledge. I completed my Masters degree in Biokinetics in 2022, for which I received a a distinction, and have since started my PhD where my focus is on spinal cord injury rehabilitation.
