Years of experience as a Compliance Specialist, and in Credit Card/Financing Industries, Retail, Sales, and Restaurant Services. I have done Photography as a side gig/hobby since 2009 to present day. I have a high drive for finding Resolutions and making Changes to Help Improve or Make a difference! I enjoy challenges & will always push myself to do better. I strive for Detail, depth, and purpose! Excellence in investigating complaints; starting point, structuring a timeline of events, resolving the unresolved and providing clarity! Skillful in drafting Complaint response letters for/to the Better Business Bureau, FDIC, DOF, CFPB, Banks, and have provided some responses for Subpoenas. Ensuring company policies/processes are followed and that we are in Compliance with Regulations/Laws.(Including processing and responding to Attorney Representations, Cease/Desist, and debt validations to consumer and/or attorneys) I enjoy Photography and have done photoshoots of others since Middle school as well as retouching photos as needed. I was awarded 1st place at the SD State Fair for portrait photography in 2009! For the last 5 years I have learned how to fix issues with vehicles including sport bikes. I am patient in trying to determine the cause and enjoy fixing it. I am still learning and take pride in learning! If I can’t figure it out I will use resources to help in figuring it out or how to fix the problem. I love being hands on. My family is my everything! Children have a huge spot in my heart! My goal in life is to change lives, whether it is a little impact or big one! I would like to some day become a motivational leader or be somewhere that allows me to help others in unexpected situations directly! I never give up no matter what it is: my career, home life or unforeseen events. I am Looking forward to making connections!
