About Taylor Allison

I felt an instant connection to Einstein when I read a quote by him describing himself as “passionately curious”. During my time at Central Michigan I was curious about all of the opportunity around me. I experimented with classes and dove into different campus involvements. My curiosity allowed me first-hand participation in leadership and advisor roles, marketing and promotion opportunities, public speaking gigs, business opportunities, and volunteer opportunities related to my degree. When I came across a sales and leadership internship, I got a true taste of business. I relocated to a new state for the summer and established fundamental success principles through training seminars. Working an average of 75 hours a week, I learned how to run my own small business from ordering, inventory, and accounting to scheduling, sales, and delivery of products. I built relationships with people all over the country and later gained experience recruiting, training, and managing my own sales team. You’ve heard it before: we are always selling, whether its a product, an idea or ourselves. My commitment in sales these past four years has been an investment in myself both personally and professionally. I am excited to continue utilizing my sales experience and adapt my skills in a way that will bring value to others. I'm excited to continue learning, pushing the boundaries of my comfort zone in order to expand my professional development.
