I am results oriented and team focused with skills in project management, systems development, and process improvement. With both business and technical expertise, I know how to make technical systems meet overall business goals and objectives. I’m an innovative problem solver who can analyze and improve work processes to increase efficiency and improve accuracy. I’m experienced in both policy and procedural development. My collaborative leadership style lends itself to managing and motivating staff so they can achieve their best. I have repeatedly proven my ability to foster effective relationships with vendors, customers, and staff. I have a clear and straightforward presentation and training style that lets me speak effectively to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Throughout my time at the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC), I have demonstrated strong leadership to identify system deficiencies and then implement effective solutions. I have streamlined processes and improved procedures for multiple departments at WECC. I pride myself on delivering high quality results, and that has been recognized with promotions and increased responsibilities. In one of my performance reviews, my manager summed it up this way: “Taylor dazzles everyone with the quality and quantity of her work, which is the result of hard work and a focus on quality. Taylor only produces high quality work that frankly raises the bar for others.
