Taylor Altman attends the University of Southern California, pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising at the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. Throughout her coursework, she’s developed campaigns across technology, tourism, and lifestyle industries. Taylor has also completed a minor in Chinese for the Professions, which enhanced her bilingual communication skills.Most recently, she served as a Strategy and Corporate Communications Intern at Vero Public Relations in Bangkok, Thailand, through the inaugural USC Annenberg Global Fellowship. Throughout this internship, she pitched potential new clients in the Southeast Asia region and developed a social media strategy for Vero's Instagram and LinkedIn.Taylor has also served as a Media Relations Intern at Astroscale U.S, the country's first private space sustainability company. In this role, she elevated visibility for groundbreaking space debris removal missions through media relations and professional engagements, demonstrating her passion for communication in the STEM fields.Previously, Taylor worked in the health and wellness industry as a two-time intern at CorePower Yoga. She utilized tools like Asana and Sprout Social to engage over social media users, manage influencer relations, and foster community connections.On campus, Taylor serves as President for USC’s PRSSA chapter, organizing professional speaker panels and strengthening alumni relationships. In 2024, she launched the chapter’s first alumni mentorship program, connecting over 130 PRSSA members with PR, marketing, and journalism professionals. Additionally, she serves as the creative operations assistant for the USC Marshall Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab, where she supports social media design, writes bylines, and organizes events. In her free time, you can find Taylor searching for LA's best matcha, attending a concert, or taking a yoga sculpt class.
