Background

About Taylor Argenzio

I solve problems creatively.+ I ask questions fearlessly.+ I encourage and embrace change heartily.+ I communicate cross-functionally effortlessly.+ I break down processes mercilessly.+ I facilitate discussions constructively.+ I prioritize (and reprioritize) fluidly.+ I foster relationships genuinely.+ I manage people, places, and things carefully.I've spent the majority of my career in publishing, an industry for which I have the utmost respect. As a former (and arguably current) creative, I am exceptionally qualified to facilitate the creative process in a number of ways ranging from project management to print production operations. I'm the guy you call in when the marketing team and the design team need a translator. I'm as comfortable talking to CFOs as I am to warehouse foremen. I measure my success by the success of others—my job is to make you look good at your job. Making order out of chaos is what gets me out of bed in the morning (on the mornings my cats don't wake me up first). I flourish in environments that champion curiosity and celebrate individuality.
