I am the Employee Wellness Coordinator at Oklahoma State University. In this role, I work to design, implement, and manage holistic wellness opportunities geared towards full-time faculty and staff that can improve their quality of life and overall experience at OSU and beyond. I work with our branch campuses and other universities across the state as an America's Healthiest Campus Innovator to share and foster ideas, discuss data-driven and creative programming, and keep up to date with ongoing and future wellness initiatives. I coordinate educational wellness programs and workshops, help educate employees on the resources available to them through various communication strategies, and encourage active participation in mental health maintenance, physical fitness, and community building. With a bachelor's degree in English, master's in Library and Information Studies, and a devoted history in education and wellness, I am ecstatic to be in a position that gives back to those who keep OSU running each and every day.
