About Taylor Clark

I recently earned my B.S. in Computer Science with honors from Fordham University, and I’m continuing at Fordham to complete my M.S. in Data Science. Alongside my major, I also pursued minors in Cybersecurity and French—reflecting my passion for interdisciplinary thinking and global perspectives. My work spans data science, cybersecurity, and software engineering. I’ve trained and evaluated machine learning models on distributed Spark clusters, analyzed urban datasets with MapReduce and PySpark, and developed solutions for detecting cyber attacks on Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) devices—achieving up to 97% detection accuracy across multiple ML models. I’ve presented research at the MIT Undergraduate Research Technology Conference, contributed to nonprofit digital strategy as a Media & Communications Captain for Urban Plunge, and collaborated on projects that apply AI to real-world problems in security, healthcare, and smart cities. I’m currently seeking internships or early-career opportunities in data science, cybersecurity, or AI/ML where I can grow as an engineer, researcher, and collaborator.
