About Taylor Davis

I love watching my kids relentlessly pursue what they’re interested in, even if they can’t see where it will lead. Doing just that (maybe with just a little bit more forward thinking than them) is what led me from an early career as an elementary educator to my current role as a Solution Consultant, supporting an amazing commercial team to to get family support benefits to parents and caregivers across the globe. When thriving as a new parent and teacher became unsustainable, I left my teaching job with a drive to support families through the transition into parenthood. 8 years later, while I was running my own practice as a full-spectrum doula, childbirth educator, and doula trainer, helping families and new doulas find success on their own terms, I connected with the broader world of health care benefits. In this field, I’ve found purpose and joy in supporting the success of others- Directly supported over 200 members to thrive as they navigated parenting and thriving in their careers - Managed a team of member-facing professionals, actively supporting each of their growth and development, and consistently meeting CSAT KPIs - Led a large Operations team as an Associate Director of Operations, leading managers and implementing processes to drive efficiency and scale - Connect the dots across the company as a Solution Consultant and SME on the product, helping Sales and CS demonstrate the unique value of our solution for employers, and bringing learnings back to our Product and Operations teams to support our growth All of this has come from pursuing my interests and knowing I can learn new things - just like my kids do every day! What some may see as problems, I see as exciting challenges to be overcome and am energized by rolling up my sleeves, bringing the right people together, and collaborating until we get to the other side. At work, I love to optimize processes, get to know my colleagues better, remove roadblocks for others, and ultimately get great benefits into the hands of more working parents and caregivers. Outside of work, I love to play soccer in the yard (or ski depending on the season) with my 3 boys and husband, read books, eat good food, and dream about upcoming travel plans.
