If we doubted our fears instead of doubting our dreams, imagine how much in life we'd accomplish."- Joel Brown I graduated from Rider University in 2014, where I received a BSBA degree in Management & Leadership and Human Resource Management, a double major program. This is where my love for Recruiting and Training blossomed. In June 2017, I began taking Business Communications courses through Harvard University, Extension School. I successfully completed my Business Communications Certificate in December 2018. I am currently pursuing my master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with Harvard, to further develop and sharpen my skills. After many years of HR generalist work and exploring various employment opportunities, I secured my dream job as a recruiter in May 2019. I love meeting new people, and finding out their "why". Nothing thrills me more than getting to understand someone on the fundamental level to help them take the next step in their career. I am inquisitive by nature, and I truly believe this trait ignited my love of recruiting, interviewing, and helping people reach their work (and home) goals. I am energetic, bubbly, and love working with others. I aspire to bring positive attitudes to the workplace on a daily basis, in order to create an upbeat and motivated atmosphere.
