My role involves problem-solving and continuously enhancing our service delivery to meet client needs effectively and promote employee retention. My commitment to operational excellence has been a driving force in my career progression from a resident supervisor in a correctional facility to an ABA Therapist and up to my current leadership position in operations. At the heart of my work is a passion for developing strategies that ensure our clients receive the highest standard of care, thanks to a collaborative and dedicated team.
