About Taylor Free

I am passionate about serving others and continuously seek opportunities to make a meaningful impact through my work. In my earlier roles in higher education, I helped students identify academic programs that aligned with their goals and interests through strategic recruitment efforts. One of my proudest achievements was contributing to the largest freshman class in The University of Alabama’s history, with the College of Communication and Information Sciences (C & IS) growing by 32 students in 2021. Beyond recruitment, I planned and executed events for alumni, donors, and students that fostered networking, supported student development, and strengthened community engagement. In 2022, I transitioned from the campus setting to professional recruiting with Personify/WilsonHCG, where I supported multiple clients across the SaaS, life sciences, manufacturing, and aerospace industries, delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Today, I serve as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Encoura, where I bring together my background in higher education and professional recruiting. I’m excited to continue building meaningful relationships and connecting top talent to impactful opportunities at Encoura, helping us better serve campus partners, educators, students, and families through our SaaS solutions.
