As a Physical Therapist and Case Manager at Wellstar Health System, I have been providing direct patient care in home health and outpatient orthopedics for over 13 years. I have a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Alabama.My core competencies include critical thinking, patient care, adaptability, and problem-solving. I am passionate about delivering quality healthcare to patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance providers, and I use my creative mindset and communication skills to achieve this goal. I am also service-focused, coachable, accountable, and trustworthy, and I collaborate effectively with multiple healthcare disciplines, such as MDs, RNs, OTs, SLPs, and other support roles. I have a strong knowledge of EPIC EMR Systems and Oasis documentation, which I use to manage and document patient cases efficiently, timely, and accurately.
