Hello there! My name is Taylor, and I'm so happy you're here. I have over 10 years of customer service experience, most notably in the financial industry. While working in the financial world, I learned to "think outside of the box" to help clients and members come to resolutions regarding their finances. I am quick to think of creative solutions that help not only the client/member but also the company's interest. In 2020, I left the corporate world and became a stay-at-home mom. In that, I found a true passion in social media, sharing my life and documenting my health and fitness journey. During that time, I wanted to find something that could help others not only personally but also professionally, and what better than diving head first into the online business management and virtual assistant space? Now, as an Online Business Manager, I get the opportunity to help all types of business owners take back their mental space and time, and I help with their client management, email management, scheduling, podcast management, and much more.
