About Taylor Harden

Such a simple question, yet a deep answer. What drives you? My two beautiful daughters and amazing wife drive me to heights I never thought were obtainable. Living every day with a real purpose drives me to be the best version of myself for my family, co-workers and clients. In my current role at Ace Rent to Own, I oversee six locations in five cities and two states. Jumping from store to store to make sure training is in order and customer service is top notch. All while maintaining sales, collections and profits. In my first full year as District Manager, my team and I increased profits by 13%. In my four years at Ace Rent to Own, I have earned my way from Account Manager to Store Manager to District Manager. Having over 2,800 sales in my short time, I love placing products in the hands of my clients and driving them to ownership on an item they may of never had. In doing this, I earned the 2022 Ace Hero Award that goes to an individual for dedication and commitment that goes far and beyond the normal call of duty. Outside of work, family and sports are what keep me going. I do everything in the best interest of the loved ones around me. The only reason I am where I am today is because of them. When it comes to sports, the competitive drive was instilled in me from a young age and continued through my collegiate athletic career. This allows me thrive in any environment that is thrown at me. I will always want to be the best.
