About Taylor Herman

As Hospitalist Support at Froedtert Hospital, I work directly with attending physicians, APNPs, NPs and other members of a patient’s medical team. I coordinate hospital follow up appointments for patients to ensure that their care continues even after they leave the hospital. I also support the hospitalists in requesting patient records from other health care facilities. As a Health Unit Coordinator at Froedtert Hospital, I have demonstrated the ability to manage my time appropriately, adapt in a fast-paced working environment, and confidentially coordinate patient care between nurses, physicians, and families. I also exhibit fluidity as I have worked in all five of Froedtert’s intensive care units as well as all other acute care inpatient units.I hold a degree of Bachelors of Science in Health Care Administration and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I showed determination and time management throughout my college career by working full-time and attending school full-time. Another academic accomplishment of mine is being a member of Upsilon Phi Delta National Honor Society.
