I'm currently a Senior Product Manager in Enterprise Products- Global Point of Sales Product management team at Marriott International. I focus on incoming integration requests with Oracle hosted Simphony products across 4 hosted global environments. Before transferring to Marriott Corporate I worked as IT Coordinator at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, focused on providing outstanding support to the complex properties in all technical aspects. Previous experience at the resort includes Rooms Control and Front Desk Supervisor for a year and a half. I also have assisted in planning for a $125 Million Multistory Room Renovation Project that completed in 2017. Before Joining the WDW Swan and Dolphin, I worked as a Security Supervisor and Event Coordinator at the University of Florida Stephen C. O'Connell Center. There I learned how to run multiple events in a multiple purpose arena. I led personnel crew from 2 to 60 for events such as concerts, expos, sporting events, and banquets. I am passionate in all aspects of Hospitality that started at the O'Connell Center and has flourished at the WDW Swan and Dolphin. At both positions I have been able to train my colleagues and share my passion with them while keeping the guest experience to our company standards. I have an associate's degree from Santa Fe College in Business Administration. I am always interested in hearing from former colleagues, managers or other passionate people.
