She posseses a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) with a certificate in Strategic Management, and current professional licensure in Electrical Engineering. Taylor has over 9.5 years of experience across the Water, Federal, and Electrical utility industries. Her varied roles have included operational optimization, strategic growth planning, Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) proposal management, long-term international field engineering, and Instrumentation & Controls design for EPC projects. Taylor is a driven and highly adaptable professional with a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. She seeks to understand what drives key stakeholders, using this to develop solid strategic and execution plans with high-levels of buy in, as well as to manage these plans effectively. She quickly builds credibility and rapport among team members and clients, exhibiting a genuine concern for both the people and delivering quality results on time and on schedule. Taylor’s work experience as both a technical design lead and in the operational and strategic side of the business has honed her abilities to engage and communicate effectively with professionals in both highly technical as well as executive roles. She has delivered successful results on projects requiring management of client and direct subcontractors, internal design teams, internal and client vendors, as well as government entities.
