I am currently a Assistant Store Manager for Woolworths supermarkets within the Newcastle area. I am a dynamic and enthusiastic person with a passion and purpose in people management and developing where I can create and innovate strategies, solutions and initiatives. I have been successful in building and leading the growth of dedicated, passionate and committed teams, complimented by strong and loyal relationships. I am results driven and involve technical problem solving to achieve business objectives. The success I have experienced is a direct reflection of my ability to communicate, mentor and motivate. I take pride in an influential leadership style, whereby I am able to achieve business objectives inside an evolved culture that honours and celebrates diversity. My passions also extends to my work within the community where I have organised and led donations from across a multitude of stores which has seen communities and organisations come together.
