About Taylor Jacobs

In my roles as a teacher, recruiter, coach, and operations manager, I have had the opportunity to grow into an effective team and program leader. I care deeply about relationship building as well as recognizing and cultivating the talents of others. I have extensive experience in full-cycle program management and am intentional about centering people in all I do. My colleagues and those I have coached, educated, and mentored would agree that my ability to create connection, inspire others, and remain optimistic in the face of challenges are my defining traits as a professional. I will go above and beyond in service of others, especially when the opportunity to serve aligns with my driving passions for educational equity, inclusiveness, and transformative mentorship. Additionally, I am an intrinsically motivated self-starter who enjoys strategy, meaningful collaboration, and utilizing data to make informed decisions. If something is not working, I am energized by trying new approaches to yield the desired result. As a lifelong competitive long distance runner, I have been able to translate the lessons I've learned in perseverance, goal-setting, commitment to a mission, and the importance of community into my professional life, which has allowed me to find success in many different arenas.
