About Taylor Lane

As the Flight Chief of Pharmacy at the United States Air Force (USAF), I have been leading and managing a team of pharmacists and technicians for over 12 years. I am working on my Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree from Liberty University, and I am passionate about developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve pharmacy operations, patient care, and safety. I have contributed to multiple projects and initiatives that have enhanced the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the pharmacy services, such as streamlining workflows, optimizing inventory, reducing errors, and increasing satisfaction. I have also collaborated with other health care professionals, leaders, and stakeholders to align the pharmacy goals and objectives with the USAF mission and vision. I have a strong background and expertise in pharmacy, leadership, and management, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to advance my career and serve my organization and community. I value teamwork, excellence, integrity, and service, and I am looking for opportunities to leverage my skills and experience to make a positive impact in the health care industry.
