I’m a dynamic and multifaceted marketing professional and crypto aficionado with a legacy of empowering clients by enhancing conversion rates, brand awareness, and profitability. My expertise spans full lifecycle digital marketing and e-commerce strategy in addition to product marketing, market research and analysis, relationship management, and more. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Northern British Columbia; and I keep my thumb on the pulse of new market conditions and consumer demands. Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of serving in numerous key roles including (but not limited to) E-Commerce Dropshipping, ESL Instructor, and most recently, Revenue Optimization Expert & CRO Specialist for Build Grow Scale. At my core is the passion to work in a team framework to investigate, architect, and deliver bespoke solutions that match the needs of the customers I support. I’m also comfortable coordinating remotely with geographically dispersed clients and other stakeholders while ensuring all deliverables exceed expectations. A resident of Canada, I am currently residing in Danang, Vietnam. When I’m not busy empowering customers, I enjoy Calisthenics, trying new food and researching cryptocurrency.
