I possess significant experience with engineering in the manufacturing environment and product management throughout the full product lifecycle. I enjoy driving strategy and problem solving related to profitability, quality, and introduction of new products. I have experience with direct and indirect leadership, working with cross functional teams tasked with improving product capabilities. I measure myself based on the satisfaction and success of my teams, the financial performance of my business responsibilities, and the impact my work has on the world around us.
