About Taylor Montgomery

In 2018, I graduated from Liberty University with a bachelor's degree in biomedical science and a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration with a cognate in Strategic Management. Through my bachelor's degree, I have a thorough understanding of the biomechanics of the different systems and the disease that can occur within the body. I am graduating in May of 2020 with a Master in Healthcare Administration with a cognate in strategic management. Since working as an executive assistant to the vice president, I have gained personal experience in healthcare operations, allowing me to understand the efforts needed to provide excellent care for the residents while increasing team member positivity during the pandemic. This experience has equipped me with a vast array of knowledge that I can apply as a healthcare program coordinator. In addition, the bachelor's degree I earned has prepared me with the knowledge to oversee the complexity of nursing home residents and short-term patient admissions. While working as an admissions coordinator, I have gained personal experience of the healthcare admissions process, insurance verification, and reviewing admission clinical, allowing me to understand the efforts needed to provide an excellent transition for patients and residents. Obtaining my master's degree in healthcare administration has provided an additional layer to the medical knowledge I have already obtained. This allows for a new and innovative approach to healthcare and facility improvements.
