About Taylor Mooney

The last 15 years in healthcare helped grow me and give me some insight on the importance of workplace happiness. There has been a shift in healthcare that has given me the right pressure to find a different path to use my skills. I started in healthcare as a massage therapist and physical therapy tech in a rehab clinic. A year later I went to school to learn the skills needed to become an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA). As an OTA we learn how to observe, connect, adapt, modify, implement, learn, create, relate, empathize, listen, encourage, and the list goes on. Some of these terms seem vague but they are true because the need for an OTA to carry those skill across various demographics and age groups alters their use. So it is important that I know how to carrying those skills forwards into a new and different field (More info to come). But I look forward to being an Industry Changer for Elders/Seniors.
