About Taylor Mullen

This year, I am completing my final year of graduate school at the University of Virginia to get my M.Ed. in Counselor Education. I conducted my practicum placement at Johnson Elementary School in Charlottesville, VA, and am completing my internship placement at Nelson County High School in Lovingston, VA, as a school counselor. I graduated from the University of Vermont with a major in Human Development and Family Studies and a minor in Behavioral Change Health Studies. Additionally, as a previous member of the Division 1 Women's Lacrosse Program at Vermont, last year, I walked on to the University of Virginia's women's team for my 5th year. I am also a US Lacrosse certified Level 1 Instructor. I have experience in counseling, coaching, and retail. After receiving my Masters in Counselor Education, I hope to work as a School Counselor for a couple years, receive my LPC, and possibly become an outpatient children/family counselor or therapist.
