About Taylor Murphy

As a manager at KPMG, I led and assisted the fieldwork for compliance assessments with the Holidays Act 2003 (NZ), reviewing and testing the accuracy of payroll processes and systems for various clients. I applied my knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and employment agreements to develop practical solutions and facilitate issue resolution. I also created and maintained relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, delivering high-quality reports and project management. Before joining KPMG, I worked as a DataPay account manager at Datacom, where I ensured customers received the best value out of the payroll products and services provided. I delivered various projects, including moving clients to new products and services, implementing security controls, and aligning payroll system configuration with NZ legislative requirements. I have a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Commercial Law from the University of Auckland, and I am passionate about risk consulting and technology.
