As a self-driven, organized, perpetual "planner" and Project Management Professional (PMP)- my role as a project manager at Pace Analytical is fulfilling. My efforts are client facing, facilitating GMP testing and feasibility studies with external pharmaceutical/ health companies for raw material chemicals used in drug products. Skilled in effectively communicating project status and impediments, tracking project status and navigating project delays or issues. My close interaction with the client allows me to effectively prioritize projects and customize communication to what is the most effective. I thrive and greatly enjoy planning, strategizing, and tracking projects through the use of Gantt charts, weekly briefings, and on-site client meetings. In previous years I served as a lab manager for a CBD company creating wellness products for the holistic health of our consumers. In this role project management played a large part as I managed agile product creation, led operational teams in R&D, as well as co-packing activities. Responsibilities of this role also included creating and maintaining proper documentation to obtain GMP lab certifications. I thrive in a fast paced environment that encourages me to continue learning. In the ever changing pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, I have been given the opportunity for just that. As I continue to challenge myself with larger method development projects and work closely with clients to transfer or create specific lab methods, I find that I enjoy the complexities that come with it.
