I graduated from Colorado State University in Spring 2016 with a B.S. in Fermentation Science and Technology with a minor in Food Safety. I became interested in this degree the moment I heard about the major. With my interest in microbiology and they appeal of the great culture in the craft beer industry, the choice was simple.I intend on being part of this industry, whether that is in the sales department, production process or in the laboratory. After taking all of the courses for the degree, I have become fascinated with the process of making beer and the science that goes into it. I hope to continue to gain knowledge is every facet of the production of beer.
