My best accomplishments reflect what I would bring to the workplace. From a previous job, I’ve moved up to working on a ticketing team. I was able to accomplish this by my outstanding performance on the phone calls and technical processes. These technical processes eventually gave me the opportunity to create “tech guides” to help fellow employees and students alike. I constantly strived to learn more about the IT field that I’m in and because of that I can perform well with a great team to accomplish a significant amount. Away from work I can spend time working with a robotics project learning more about software, AI, and more. I’ve also accomplished several achievements in a great program called TryHackMe where I was able to learn more about cybersecurity.
