Taylor joined Goosehead Insurance Agency in June 2017 as a Licensed Customer Service Agent. After six months, she qualified and attended the company-wide president's club trip, awarded to the top 10% of performers. In December 2017, Taylor was promoted to the Recruiting Department as a Corporate Recruiter, hiring over 325 professionals since inception and contributing to the scale of the department from a team of four to a team of 50+. She has successfully managed and led team members to exceed their personal and professional goals while also individually qualifying for two more president's club trips and maintaining the title of Top Sales Recruiter for the last three years. Recently, she helped pioneer and launch Goosehead's most critical initiative, staffing the company's highest-performing franchise owners nationwide with elite sales talent. For Taylor, Goosehead's continuous growth and success are a testament to hiring the best talent into the industry.
